Job summary

Good Roots is seeking a Sales Associate to be the primary entry point into Client Relations. This fully remote, full-time role blends new business prospecting with account management and sales operations support, including CRM hygiene, contract support, and MQL/SQL tracking.

The position progresses with demonstrated results and works within a distributed team using digital collaboration tools to meet targets and forecast opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; 0–2 years in sales or client-facing roles preferred but not required.
• Comfort with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting and appointment setting, with the large majority of activity focused on new business.
