Job summary

LHH is partnering with a national retail leader to recruit for a hands-on, full-time CRM Campaign Specialist to join a growing team in the retail/e-commerce space. The role centers on the technical execution behind customer marketing campaigns and exposure to multiple consumer brands.

Location: Remote. For candidates in Nashville, Dallas, or Salt Lake City, a hybrid arrangement is possible. Benefits include medical/dental, 401k, PTO, bonus opportunities, and more.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on email or CRM campaign production experience in an enterprise ESP.
• Strong HTML/CSS knowledge for email rendering and troubleshooting.
• Experience with SQL and data extensions for audience building.
• Detail-oriented with QA discipline and ability to manage high-volume campaigns across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels.
• Collaborate with multiple brands and measure performance with testing and reporting.
