Job summary

Lifeway is seeking a Manager, Email & SMS Marketing to lead strategy, execution, and performance across channels. You will manage a team of strategists and specialists, driving data-driven campaigns for engagement and retention.

The role requires 7+ years in email/SMS marketing, strong HTML/CSS skills, and experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Attentive. Remote US work with occasional Nashville travel involved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
• 7+ years of experience managing email and SMS marketing campaigns.
• 3+ years leading a marketing team.
• Strong proficiency in HTML/CSS for dynamic content.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Attentive.
• Knowledge of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and TCPA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Email and SMS Marketing Strategists and Specialists.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategy.
• Oversee campaign creation and deployment using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Attentive.
• Design advanced audience segmentation strategies for personalized messaging.
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
• Ensure compliance with CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and TCPA.
• Collaborate with content, design, IT, and marketing teams to align strategies.
• Optimize workflows, templates, and automation for timely campaigns.
• Travel to Nashville 2-4 times per year.
