Job summary

Solari seeks a Crisis Specialist to receive, triage, and respond to crisis and healthcare requests from a remote location in Oklahoma. You will assess, coordinate care, and document interactions within the EHR, supporting safety and recovery aligned with Solari's values.

The role requires a Bachelor's in behavioral health or related field and at least two years in a mental health/crisis setting, with strong communication and collaboration skills. A hybrid/remote setup and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a behavioral health, substance use, or psychiatric healthcare-related field.
• At least two years of experience in a mental health or substance use field managing high-risk, high-acuity, or crisis patients or members.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming crisis and healthcare contacts across all contracts.
• Triage and assess crisis requests to ensure safety and crisis resolution.
• Coordinate care and document interactions in the EHR.
• Provide health education and connect to community resources.
