Job summary

Integral Care seeks a Remote Crisis Hotline Licensed Supervisor to oversee crisis response via the 988 Lifeline. The role provides clinical supervision to QMHPs answering calls, chats, and texts, while coordinating training and on-call support.

Requirements include a Master's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services and a current LPHA license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, psychologist). Salary ranges from $81,912.81 to $104,430.64 annually, plus a 10% crisis stipend; residency in Texas is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
• Current LPHA license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical support to clinicians answering calls, chats, and texts.
• Provide administrative and personnel support to clinicians.
• Review chats and texts along with documentation of front line clinicians.
• Assist with training as needed.
• Provide on-call clinical support to staff as needed.
• Answer calls, chats, and texts with crisis intervention and risk assessments.
