Crisis Connections in Washington State seeks a licensed clinician to oversee the 988 Crisis Lifeline during graveyard hours, delivering high-quality risk assessments via phone, chat, and text. You will supervise an overnight team and ensure safety and continuity of care.

The role requires a Master’s degree in a relevant field, active WA credential, and at least two years of crisis experience. Remote work from WA/AZ/OH/TX is supported with a strong leadership focus.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Mental Health Professional (MHP) status as defined by Washington State.
• Active Washington State credential or license (LICSW/LSWAIC, LMHC/LMHCA, LMFT/LMFTA, Psychologist, or AAC).
• Minimum of two years of crisis intervention experience.
• Strong verbal, written, and typing skills.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced overnight setting.

Mansioni

• Provide direct clinical oversight and support to Crisis Specialists during overnight shifts.
• Support staff with suicide risk assessment, de-escalation, and crisis intervention.
• Linkage to Mobile Crisis Teams and other community resources.
• Provide real-time coaching, consultation, and feedback to staff.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Ensure compliance with 988 program standards, policies, and procedures.
• Promote a professional, respectful, and supportive virtual team environment.

Formazione

Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field

Mental Health Professional (MHP) status as defined by Washington State

LICSW or LSWAIC

LMHC or LMHCA

LMFT or LMFTA

Psychologist or Psychiatrist

Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC)

Minimum of two years of crisis intervention experience

Strong verbal, written, and typing skills

Ability to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced overnight environment
