Job summary

ConCom Inc. is seeking a Crewing Coordinator to identify, schedule, and coordinate freelance production professionals worldwide. This full-time remote role partners with our production and operations teams to ensure every show has the right crew and that crewing details are tracked accurately.

Qualifications

• Experience in live production or related crewing roles preferred.
• Knowledge of production positions, crewing requirements.
• Excellent organizational and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple productions, deadlines and priorities.
• Ability to work independently while staying connected with the team.
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel, Google Workspace, and Adobe apps.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build freelance relationships.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate freelance crewing for live productions across levels and positions.
• Identify, contact, book, and confirm freelance personnel.
• Maintain and expand ConCom’s freelance crew database and talent network.
• Track crew availability, bookings, rates, travel requirements, and production information.
• Prepare and distribute crew lists, confirmations, and other production information.
• Communicate regularly with freelancers regarding requirements.
• Work closely with ConCom’s production and operations teams to anticipate upcoming staffing needs.
• Develop relationships with new freelance talent in markets around the world.
• Assist with last-minute crewing changes and production needs.
• Maintain accurate and organized records for multiple productions simultaneously.
• Help ensure ConCom’s standards for professionalism, communication, preparation, and attention to detail are maintained on every production.
