Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Production Operations Coordinator to support staffing, workforce planning, and scheduling across its Creative Services portfolio. The role partners with leadership to maintain staffing visibility, production readiness, and efficient resource utilization for multiple concurrent events.

You will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors, assist with budgets and reports, and support both in-office and show-site activities in a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in live event production or project coordination.
• Familiarity with Workfront, Smartsheet, Monday.com, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing analysis, scheduling, and workforce planning for Creative Services operations.
• Maintain resource tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting to provide leadership visibility.
• Coordinate with Creative Services, Technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and on-time delivery.
• Assist with budget tracking, POs, and expense documentation for production activities.
• Support onsite event execution and post-event reconciliation as needed.
