Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a Credit Analyst III in Specialty Lending to evaluate and underwrite complex transactions across litigation finance, fund finance, and leveraged lending. The role is remote for eligible U.S. states.

You will model cash flows, assess non-traditional collateral, prepare credit presentations, and collaborate with credit leadership to support approvals. Candidates should have 5–7 years of experience and strong communication skills.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive credit analysis experience, with exposure to specialty, structured, asset-based, or non-traditional lending.
• Advanced proficiency in commercial financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and credit structuring.
• Working knowledge of borrowing base construction, advance rates, and collateral criteria.
• Familiarity with receivables financing concepts and collateral considerations.
• Understanding of litigation finance fundamentals and sponsor-backed leveraged finance.
• Ability to independently evaluate complex credit structures with high-volume workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for presentations to loan committees and senior stakeholders.
• Must reside in eligible U.S. states.

Responsabilidades

• Independently analyze and underwrite complex lending transactions across specialty sectors.
• Evaluate non-traditional collateral and repayment structures.
• Build and monitor borrowing base calculations and collateral eligibility.
• Assess litigation finance risks, case merits, and timelines.
• Evaluate sponsor experience, loan structures, and exit strategies.
• Prepare detailed credit presentations for credit management and committees.
• Mentor junior credit analysts and share underwriting knowledge.
• Track market and regulatory developments affecting specialty lending.
