Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1–3 years of commercial credit analysis or related experience preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of financial statements and cash flow analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze borrower financial statements, repayment capacity, and collateral for commercial real estate loans.
• Evaluate property income, expenses, occupancy, and cash flow implications.
• Support credit monitoring, loss assessments, and recovery scenarios.
• Develop financial models and analyze market scenarios to assess loan repayment risk.
• Identify inconsistencies and communicate findings to credit professionals.
• Prepare credit documentation and memoranda for reviews and portfolio monitoring.
• Collaborate with Special Assets, Credit Loss, and client reporting teams to support recovery planning.
• Contribute to improvements in reporting, monitoring, and financial analysis processes.
