Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Credit Analyst III, Specialty Lending to evaluate and underwrite complex lending transactions across specialty sectors. This remote role requires strong financial modeling, credit judgment, and communication skills, with eligibility to reside in approved U.S. states.

You will mentor junior analysts, track market and regulatory developments, and ensure underwriting aligns with policy and risk standards. The position offers remote work within eligible states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
• 5–7+ years of progressive credit analysis experience preferred.
• Strong financial statement analysis and cash flow modeling skills.
• Experience with asset-based, structured, or non-traditional lending.
• Ability to present analyses to loan committees and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Independently underwrite complex lending transactions across specialty sectors.
• Assess non-traditional collateral and repayment structures.
• Build and monitor borrowing base and collateral eligibility for ABL facilities.
• Evaluate litigation finance, fund finance, and leveraged lending risks.
• Assess sponsor experience, capital structures, and exit strategies.
