Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial credit analysis experience required.
• Experience in commercial credit analysis, underwriting, lending or business banking.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, DSCR and credit risk.
• Sageworks experience preferred.
• Resident of Twin Cities/Twin Ports or surrounding areas; travel occasionally.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accurate.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and professionally.
• Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and financial analysis software.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with lenders and team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, and credit reports to assess credit requests.
• Perform detailed credit analysis to ensure alignment with policies and risk standards.
• Prepare clear credit presentations and recommendations for lending decisions.
• Monitor collateral, valuations, inspections, and covenant compliance.
• Support lenders with portfolio management and ongoing monitoring.
• Prepare reports on borrowers’ financial performance and credit obligations.
• Collect and organize financial information from business members.
• Update credit and loan systems with accurate data entry.
