PD Talent is seeking a remote Talent Coordinator to manage campaigns for a group of creators from signed agreement to final invoicing. You will own delivery timelines, asset routing and payments, working directly with talent, brand marketing teams and agencies every day.

• 1–3 years in influencer marketing, talent management or a social agency.
• Experience executing creator campaigns end to end.
• Clear, fast, professional writer who can manage high volume email.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end creator campaigns from signed agreement to final invoice.
• Coordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables and approvals.
• Send live links, ad codes and partnership codes to brands as campaigns go live.
• Pull and submit post analytics and campaign recaps.
• Hand completed campaigns to our accounting team with billing details and POs.
• Work in brand and platform portals like Later, LTK and Obviously.
• Coordinate gifting: talent addresses, shipments and tracking.
• Keep CRM and campaign trackers accurate and current.
• Spot renewal opportunities and relay feedback to managers.
• Support pitches with casting grids and media kits.
