Pearpop is seeking a self‑motivated Talent Management Coordinator to support daily operations of the talent management team. This remote role involves campaign coordination, invoicing, and active communication with creators and brand clients, with a clear path to grow into a Talent Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a related role, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for the creator economy.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in an internship or full‑time role within a related industry.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills for remote teamwork.
• Interest in the creator economy and social media trends.

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Managers on campaign execution from start to finish with brands, agencies, and creators.
• Conduct market research and scouting for new creator and brand partnerships.
• Assist with daily tasks assigned by Talent Managers in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain professional communication between brand clients and creators.
• Handle invoicing and coordinate with accounting to ensure payments.
• Participate in client calls to learn and gain insights from experienced managers.
• Manage campaigns and update CRM records with contracts and payment details.
