Job summary

Far Outtt, a full-service media and production company, is seeking a Creator Campaign Manager to oversee end-to-end influencer campaigns across client and talent communications.

You will manage creator casting, on-site and virtual production, metrics, and reporting, while building strong relationships with clients and top creators. The role requires travel about 15% and a strong command of presentation and data tools.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience managing social influencer campaigns or related creator marketing.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Google Slides/Keynote and advanced Excel/Sheets for data analysis.
• Familiarity with creator-tracking tools (Captiv8, CreatorIQ, Tagger, Traackr, etc.).
• Willingness to travel approximately 15%.
• Bonus: familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or video editing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns: strategy, execution, and reporting.
• Negotiate fair deal terms while managing project budgets.
• Prioritize day-to-day tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content.
• Grow and maintain strong client relationships and ensure campaign goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with creators, influencers, and talent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve campaign objectives.
• Develop data-driven presentations and analyze campaign insights.
