Marketplace Operations Inc. is seeking a remote Creator, Casting & Influencer Specialist to build and own our creator and talent pipeline across high‑volume campaigns.

You will hunt for the right creators—from UGC to influencers—and turn briefs into concrete casting options with a proactive outreach approach. You'll test sourcing tools, vet talent for fit and coordinate tests to assemble a reliable, scalable roster for future campaigns.

Qualifications

• Experience in creator sourcing, casting, influencer marketing or talent partnerships.
• Strong knowledge of the creator ecosystem and sourcing landscape.
• Able to search beyond traditional casting channels.
• Turn briefs into casting options with actionable results.
• Excellent organizational skills and multi‑search management.

Responsibilities

• Own hands‑on creator, talent and influencer sourcing across campaigns, verticals and creative needs.
• Source across Instagram Creator Marketplace, TikTok Marketplace, creator platforms, casting platforms, social channels, agencies, referrals and direct outreach.
• Research and test new sourcing tools and partners (Cohley, creator networks, agencies).
• Translate briefs and personas into targeted searches and talent recommendations.
• Conduct proactive outreach to creators, influencers, talent and managers.
• Build relationships with creator agencies and talent reps to expand sourcing.
• Vet talent for creative fit, on‑camera presence, quality and audience fit.
• Track rates, availability, capabilities and representation for talent.
• Coordinate initial creator tests and build a Preferred Creator roster.
• Maintain a centralized Creator & Talent Library with tagging across personas and verticals.
• Keep sourcing moving with consistent outreach, follow‑up and communication.
• Surface gaps in the creator pool and source for upcoming needs.
• Partner with Creative Strategy, Directors and Production to anticipate future needs.
