Job summary

Mythic Talent is seeking a detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to manage day-to-day sponsorships and creator campaigns. You will oversee end-to-end execution—from offer intake and contract execution through delivery—ensuring deliverables meet brand requirements and timelines.

You'll partner with Talent Managers, Campaign Managers, Sales, and Operations to keep campaigns on track, document progress in internal systems, and provide timely updates to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ year of experience in talent management, campaign management, influencer marketing, or related field.
• Experience working with high-profile talent or clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end execution of sponsorships and creator campaigns from intake through completion.
• Track deliverables, timelines, platforms, approvals, posting requirements, and usage rights across campaigns.
• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for creators during active campaigns and communicate expectations clearly.
• Support invoicing and payment workflows by confirming deliverables are completed and approved on time.
• Partner with Talent Managers, Campaign Managers, Sales, and Operations to ensure smooth handoffs and execution.
