Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a remote-friendly Specialist to drive brand awareness and revenue growth through creator partnerships. You will own the partnership process from sourcing to performance tracking, and coordinate campaigns with creators across platforms.

The role requires 3+ years in influencer marketing, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently from a home setup. Competitive base salary and WFH arrangement are offered.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, plus a reliable setup with dual monitors and stable internet.

Responsibilities

• Oversee creator outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and campaign coordination to ensure timely, on-brand deliverables.
• Maintain an organized database of creator contacts and collaboration status.
• Continuously improve sourcing and relationship management to support brand growth.
