Job summary

TubeScience, LA's leading performance creative agency, is expanding its remote Creator Coordinator role to support a growing network of creators. You’ll manage onboarding, scheduling, reporting, and onboarding communications, acting as the first point of contact for new creators and ensuring compliance and data integrity.

You'll collaborate with the creator team, scout new creators, and maintain trackers and SOPs in Google Sheets, Airtable, Notion and Slack.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a coordination or operations role.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Experience with creator management, MCN, or talent representation preferred.
• Familiarity with brand compliance and FTC disclosure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff creator onboarding logistics and scheduling with departments.
• Manage staff creator overall schedules and availability for in-studio requests.
• Maintain department trackers and SOPs in real time; ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate creator workshops and events; collect feedback and report findings every quarter.
• Scout and source new creators to grow the talent pipeline across platforms.
