Job summary

Vaco is seeking a Head of Creator & Affiliate Growth for a remote role based in the U.S. Eastern Time Zone.

You will own the creator and affiliate growth engine, building strong relationships with creators while managing data, economics, and strategy. You will lead the full program from strategy to execution, targeting rapid growth, optimizing TikTok Shop performance, and delivering measurable revenue through creator partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading creator/affiliate marketing programs.
• Hands-on with TikTok Shop and related ad ecosystems.
• Strong ability to model GMV, campaigns, and profitability.
• Track record of recruiting and onboarding creators at scale.
• Experience building growth forecasts and KPI dashboards.
• Able to balance multi-project initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy and execution of the creator and affiliate program.
• Drive growth toward 500 creator videos per day and ~$3M/month revenue.
• Manage commissions, budgets, and program economics to hit profitability.
• Identify high-ROI creators, campaigns, and strategies.
• Serve as internal TikTok Shop expert and optimize GMV Max, Shop Ads, Live Shopping.
• Build and maintain a 6-month creator growth forecast.
• Lead cross-functional partnerships with Marketing and leadership.
