Job summary

Spotlight Media is a TikTok Shop Partner agency focused on driving growth for brands across the platform. We’re seeking a Creator Manager to own and grow a portfolio of creators and shape the creator strategy for our brand partners.

This role blends strategy, high-touch relationships, and scaled programs. You’ll collaborate with Account Management and Operations to ensure best-in-class support, with a remote US base and hybrid options in NYC.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, talent or account management, customer success, or a related field. Internships count.
• Confident, clear communication with creators, clients and teammates.
• Strategic thinking: able to view a brand and results to form next steps.
• Comfort negotiating and managing expectations.
• Strong organization and attention to detail across several projects.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Genuine interest in TikTok Shop and the creator economy.
• Must be a US citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States for a period of no less than 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Develop the creator strategy for each brand, including creator selection, content planning, and launch activations.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of creators with focus on long-term retention across Spotlight brands.
• Recruit new creators into the Spotlight network via outreach across email, SMS, DMs and TikTok.
• Turn strategy into campaigns from creative brief to final video, ensuring alignment with clients and schedules.
• Track creator performance and coach on content that drives revenue and growth.
• Represent creators’ needs inside Spotlight and assist with questions and escalation.
• Build programs and resources to activate creators at scale, including incentives and challenges.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Operations and Product to share insights and improve workflows.
