Job summary

Overseas, a fast-growing TikTok Shop agency serving e-commerce clients, seeks a TikTok Shop Affiliate Coordinator to recruit creators, manage affiliate communications, and track sales performance across multiple client programs.

This role is 100% remote, paid in USD bi-monthly, requires at least 4 hours overlap with US Pacific Time, and uses TikTok's affiliate tools along with Yuka and Cruva for outreach.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience with TikTok Shop affiliate management.
• Familiarity with TikTok's affiliate/creator tools (Yuka, Cruva) is strongly preferred.
• Ability to handle high-volume outreach with templated communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute affiliate recruitment campaigns and outreach to recruit creators.
• Manage inbox and respond to affiliate questions using templates.
• Review sample requests and apply pre-set rules for approval/denial.
