Zusammenfassung

AUGO is seeking an Affiliate Program Manager to architect and scale a TikTok Shop creator/affiliate program. You will own recruitment, activation, and revenue growth, working directly with the founder and eventually expanding the team as the program scales.

You’ll recruit, activate, and optimize creator partnerships, manage ads and product listings, and continuously test commission structures to maximize GMV and profit. Fully remote within the United States.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3+ years in affiliate marketing, creator outreach, or influencer program management (TikTok Shop experience preferred).
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, EUKA, Kalo Data, or similar platforms.
• Proven track record managing influencer/creator partnerships—sample seeding, contact capture, ongoing relationships.
• E-commerce experience (Amazon, Shopify, or similar).
• Track record of scaling an affiliate or creator program from the ground up.

Aufgaben

• Identify, recruit, and onboard TikTok creators to grow the program.
• Turn approved samples into posted videos with clear briefs and hooks.
• Launch campaigns and optimize commission structures to grow GMV.
• Capture creator contact info and build ongoing relationships.
• Set up and optimize TikTok GMV Max ads, listings, and promotions.
• Refine rates, criteria, and playbooks to improve performance.
