Odd Bunch is seeking a player-coach leader to own and scale its affiliate and ambassador program across the US market, with a focus on TikTok strategy and Shop integration. You will own revenue targets, creator roster, content library, and offline activations, while guiding a small team in a lean environment.

You’ll drive go-to-market across three markets, source creators, manage platforms (Roster, Upfluence, AWIN), and optimize LTV:CAC while ensuring retention and balanced growth.

Competenze

• 5-10 years in affiliate, influencer, or partnerships marketing with revenue ownership
• Fluency in growth metrics (CAC, LTV, payback, retention)
• Experience launching in new markets (US preferred)
• Events and activations experience with creator trips and offline events
• Strong stakeholder communication and leadership
• Experience using affiliate tech stack (Upfluence, AWIN, Roster, Triple Whale) to drive ROI

Mansioni

• Own affiliate channel strategy, targets, and CPA discipline across three markets (US, Canada, Australia)
• Lead creator sourcing, onboarding, and lifecycle from customers to top-tier creators
• Oversee offline activations, events, and partnerships to support acquisition and content goals
• Manage compensation models, rate cards, and negotiations with a large creator network
• Deliver data-backed leadership reporting and a clear point of view to executives
• Maintain a scalable pipeline for creator onboarding and blended CAC impact
