Job summary

WITHIN is a Creative Marketing partner offering performance branding solutions. A Creative Project Manager will drive internal project life cycles, maintain clear documentation in Asana and Google Drive, and coordinate between Account, Creative, Strategy, and Production teams to deliver high‑quality client work.

The role emphasizes collaboration, proactive problem solving, and tight scheduling with designers and editors, across LATAM and US hubs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience required.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.

Responsibilities

• Regularly use project management tools and documentation (Asana, Google Drive, status docs and trackers).
• Coordinate AI integration and ensure visibility of updates to teams.
• Schedule team meetings with clear agendas and goals.
• Capture meeting notes and consolidate feedback.
• Facilitate communication between multiple departments (Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production).
• Identify potential problems early and propose preemptive solutions.
• Oversee project planning for larger, growing projects.
• Manage designer and editor schedules and workflows.
• Support pitches for new business and assist Sr. PM on larger clients.
• Foster collaboration among global teammates across LATAM and US hubs.
