We seek a Creative Junior Project Manager to own internal workflow, route projects through their lifecycle, and keep teams aligned from kickoff to delivery.

You’ll work with Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production and others, learning to lead small client projects under guidance while expanding your knowledge of creative workflows and AI-enabled

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• Familiarity with Asana and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Regularly use project management tools and documentation (Asana, Google Drive, status docs and trackers).
• AI integration within workflows.
• Maintain visibility of communication and updates to teams.
• Schedule team meetings with clear agendas and goals.
• Capture meeting notes and consolidate feedback.
• Facilitate communication between Account, Creative, Strategy, Media, Production, and others.
• Foresee potential problems and proactively address them.
• Oversee project planning for growing projects.
• Manage designer and editor schedules and workflows.
• Observe pitches for new business and gradually take on small client work.
• Foster collaboration among global teammates across LATAM and US hubs.
