Zusammenfassung

Colliers is seeking a dedicated team member to support transaction activity and occupier portfolio management across a multinational portfolio, working closely with Transaction Managers, Account Leadership, Lease Administration, Finance, and other service delivery teams.

You will provide transaction administration, financial coordination, data management, and reporting to ensure efficient execution and accurate documentation across the transaction lifecycle.

Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of CRE, lease admin, project coordination, operations, procurement, finance, or related experience.
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience with large enterprise clients preferred.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate transaction milestones, approvals, and deliverables.
• Maintain transaction records and audit trails.
• Prepare transaction summaries and client-facing updates.
• Support budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across service lines.
