Colliers is seeking a dedicated Transaction Coordinator to support a multinational portfolio in a fully remote role within the United States. You will assist transaction administration, financial coordination, data management, and client reporting while coordinating with transaction managers, lease administration, and finance teams.

This role offers growth toward Transaction Management leadership positions.

Qualifications

2-4 years of commercial real estate, lease administration, project coordination, operations, procurement, finance, or corporate real estate experience.
Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
Experience with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Experience with large enterprise clients is preferred.
Lease Administrator seeking advancement or similar roles.

Responsabilités

Coordinate lease acquisitions, renewals, relocations, expansions, dispositions, and other transaction activities.
Maintain transaction records, audit trails, and documentation across systems.
Support budgeting, invoicing, and financial reporting for transactions.
Prepare transaction summaries and client updates for stakeholders.
Assist in governance, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with Transaction Managers, Lease Administration, Finance, and Client teams.
Ensure timely, accurate transaction information and reporting.
