Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to support administration, reporting, and financial coordination across a multinational portfolio. You'll work with Transaction Managers, Account Leadership, Lease Administration, and Finance to ensure efficient, accurate transaction delivery and strong client service.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, and adherence to governance.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of commercial real estate, lease administration, project coordination, operations, procurement, finance, or corporate real estate experience.
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Prior experience supporting multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience with large enterprise clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transaction milestones, critical dates, approvals, and deliverables throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Maintain transaction records, documentation, and audit trails in client and Colliers systems.
• Support transaction budgeting, PO management, invoicing, and financial tracking.
• Prepare meeting materials, transaction summaries, and client-facing updates.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data quality.
• Collaborate with Transaction Managers, Account Directors, Lease Administration, and Finance to ensure consistent delivery.
• Support compliance with client governance requirements and internal controls.
