Job summary

Colliers is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to support a dedicated account across a multinational portfolio. You will handle transaction administration, financial coordination, data management, and reporting while working with Transaction Managers and cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on ensuring transactions are executed efficiently, documented accurately, and tracked consistently throughout the lifecycle, serving as a central coordination point for multiple internal and client teams.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of commercial real estate, lease administration, project coordination, operations, procurement, finance, or corporate real estate experience.
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Prior experience supporting multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience with large enterprise clients is preferred.
• Lease Administrator seeking advancement.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of lease acquisitions, renewals, relocations, expansions, dispositions.
• Coordinate transaction milestones, critical dates, approvals, and deliverables.
• Maintain transaction records and audit trails in client and Colliers systems.
• Facilitate document routing, approval processes, and execution tracking.
• Prepare meeting materials, transaction summaries, and client updates.
