Qualifikationen

• 2–4 years of commercial real estate or related experience.
• Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
• Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Experience with large enterprise clients is preferred.

• Coordinate transaction milestones, critical dates, approvals, and deliverables throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Maintain transaction records, documentation, and audit trails within client and Colliers systems.
• Prepare meeting materials, transaction summaries, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with transaction budgeting, invoice processing, and revenue reporting.
• Provide day‑to‑day coordination for internal stakeholders and client contacts.
