Job summary

Colliers is seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to support lease acquisitions, renewals, relocations, and related activities for a multinational portfolio. You will work closely with Transaction Managers, Account Leadership, Lease Administration, Finance, and client teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely updates.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years in CRE or related fields, strong Excel skills, and a track record of coordinating with multiple stakeholders while delivering

Qualifications

2-4 years of commercial real estate, lease administration, project coordination, operations, procurement, finance, or corporate real estate experience.
Strong Excel and reporting capabilities.
Prior experience supporting multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Experience with large enterprise clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate transaction milestones, critical dates, approvals, and deliverables throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Maintain transaction records, documentation, and audit trails within client and Colliers systems.
Facilitate document routing, approval processes, and execution tracking.
Prepare transaction summaries, executive reports, and client-facing updates.
Support reconciliation of transaction expenses, invoices, and supporting documentation.
