Job summary

Abbott Cancer Diagnostics is seeking a field-based Screening Solutions Specialist to drive growth for Cologuard across McAlester, OK and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with clinicians and administrators to improve patient outcomes and expand the use of Abbott screening solutions.

The role leverages CRM, Excel and Tableau to analyze local market opportunities, develop account plans, and collaborate with Medical Affairs and Marketing to educate customers about screening benefits

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in Sales, Business Management, Marketing, Science or related field, or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
2+ years of sales, inside sales or account management experience OR 1+ years plus 1+ years in healthcare or related field OR completed active-duty military service.
Valid driver's license, no suspensions or major infractions.
No more than two moving violations in last 36 months.
No alcohol/drug-related incidents in last 36 months affecting driving.
Ability to meet healthcare facility access requirements.

Responsibilities

Generate deep insight into local healthcare ecosystems and market landscape to identify opportunities.
Analyze treatment journeys to identify account opportunities with HCPs.
Build a network of relationships within accounts and document interactions in CRM.
Synthesize data using Engage (CRM), Excel, Tableau to guide decisions on account potential.
Develop and implement business and account plans to increase visibility and sales growth.
Lead implementation of customer plans with internal stakeholders like SA, Medical Affairs and Marketing.
Educate target physicians and stakeholders about Abbott products and screening value.
