Job summary

Bigge Crane and Rigging seeks a motivated Sales Representative to grow presence across the Gulf Coast region. This remote role covers the Southeast, including SC, GA, AL, with Aiken, SC as a base for regional operations and accounts.

The ideal candidate has experience in mobile crane, construction, heavy equipment, or industrial services sales, strong relationship-building and a customer-focused mindset, and can work independently in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand technical project requirements and communicate operational solutions effectively.
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed established daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts throughout the Southeast Region territory.
• Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings, jobsite visits, networking, and ongoing communication.
• Identify customer needs and recommend crane, rigging, and heavy lift solutions that align with project requirements.
• Develop and actively promote value-added solutions for complex and technical lifting applications.
• Manage existing accounts to strengthen customer relationships and increase territory revenue growth.
