Job summary

Bigge Crane and Rigging seeks a motivated Sales Representative to grow our Gulf Coast presence. This role will serve as the primary liaison with prospective customers and key accounts across the Southeast, including Alabama, SC, GA, and beyond.

You will identify opportunities, manage accounts, and promote crane and rigging solutions on a project basis. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in crane, construction, or industrial services sales, with a strong ability to travel and build long-term

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to develop new business, close sales opportunities, and maintain key customer accounts.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed established daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals.
• Develop new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts throughout the Southeast Region.
• Build strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings and ongoing communication.
• Identify customer needs and recommend crane, rigging, and heavy lift solutions that align with project requirements.
• Develop and actively promote value-added solutions for complex lifting applications.
• Collaborate with operations and other internal teams to meet project timelines.
