Job summary

Finit Solutions is leading the design and development of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) systems for client engagements, spanning multiple functional process areas including Close & Consolidations, Financial Planning, Data, and Reporting.

We value candidates with extensive CPM experience, strong architectural reasoning, and the ability to collaborate with client stakeholders in a fast-paced, highly agile environment. This remote-friendly role may involve travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years experience with CPM software and/or the financial close cycle.
• Content/functional expertise in forecasting, planning and analysis, consolidation and reporting.
• Aptitude for technology and system architecture/design requirements.
• Able to work in an agile environment with undefined requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the design and development of functional process areas (Close & Consolidations, Financial Planning, Data, and Reporting) on CPM projects.
• Provide and communicate solution architectural assessments, design strategies, and roadmaps.
• Engage with client stakeholders to understand functional business processes within areas.
• Explain connections between technical possibilities and business requirements, and present pros/cons of approaches.
• Assist with global design review process implementation across projects.
• Assist with platform performance review and tuning processes.
• Develop training relative to CPM knowledge pillars for internal learning.
