Job summary

Planera, Inc. is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager to be the strategic partner for our customers, guiding them from onboarding through adoption to retention and expansion.

You will blend construction scheduling expertise with strong customer relationship management, work with CPM tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project, and collaborate with product and engineering to turn feedback into improvements. This remote-friendly role requires up to 30% travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in construction project management roles (PM, Superintendent, PE).
• Deep CPM scheduling knowledge and construction workflows.
• Hands-on CPM tools experience (P6 or MS Project).
• Bachelor's in Construction Management or Civil Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; remote work capable.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding sessions and drive product adoption for Planera users.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure retention and expansion.
• Provide technical guidance on scheduling best practices and tooling transitions.
• Manage customer pilots/POCs and translate feedback into product improvements.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering on customer needs.
