Job summary

Otak CPM is hiring a remote Project Manager to join our growing team. This role requires at least 3 years of experience in data center construction environments and experience serving as an Owner’s Representative, with the ability to lead multiple projects across the United States.

You will coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders, manage scope, budgets, and schedules, and drive projects from planning through turnover to Operations while maintaining client alignment

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in data center construction environments and experience serving as an Owner's Representative.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) a plus.
• PMP and/or CMIT certification (or active pursuit); OSHA 10 Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent datacenter construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee design and construction delivery across all phases, ensuring alignment with client goals.
• Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
