Job summary

Finit Solutions seeks an experienced Implementation Manager to own day-to-day CPM project execution. You will lead client and Finit teams through Create, Enable and Delivery phases, coordinating deliverables like financial models and end-user objects while maintaining PMO standards.

The role requires strong CPM/OneStream experience, excellent communication, and the ability to navigate uncertainty. This remote position involves travel to client sites as needed and develops key client

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of CPM and/or financial close experience.
• Content/functional expertise in core EPM areas: forecasting, planning & analysis, consolidation & reporting.
• Experience leading complex projects with consultants and client teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to tailor messages.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Finit contact for day-to-day program execution with clients.
• Lead client and Finit project teams through Create, Enable and Delivery stages.
• Develop Create-phase deliverables including financial model and user-facing objects.
• Escalate risks and maintain the project plan per the PMO Playbook.
• Balance technical possibilities with business requirements and communicate trade-offs.
• Coach and develop the client and internal teams; support sales with scoping and proposals.
