Job summary

RSM is offering a unique internship in its Data & Digital Practice focused on Corporate Performance Management (CPM). You will support end-to-end CPM implementations from workshops to configuration and client training, working in a client-facing capacity and collaborating with teams across accounting, finance, and IT.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Math or related fields (from the Required Qualifications).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are emphasized.
• Strong analytic and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Ability to work in office ~75% of the time and travel ~15%.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client discovery meetings and assist CPM implementation projects.
• Design business processes, configure and test software solutions, and train client personnel.
• Help train and advise clients in leading use of CPM products.
• Work in collaborative teams and manage multiple engagements.
