Job summary

Vividly, a remote-first SaaS leader in TPM, seeks a Solutions Architect to bridge customer needs with scalable platform designs. You’ll guide onboarding, craft future-state workflows across ERP ecosystems, and ensure alignment among Sales, Implementations, Integrations, and Customer Success.

This role emphasizes collaboration, rapid decision-making, and scalable pattern development. You’ll work with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, and Microsoft Dynamics, shaping solutions for complex CPG

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or related customer-facing roles.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable designs.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review pre-sales discovery and ensure continuity from Sales into onboarding.
• Lead Solution Alignment sessions to validate objectives, workflows, dependencies, and success criteria.
• Design scalable future-state workflows using Vividly across ERP and business processes.
• Translate requirements into clear designs for Implementation, Integrations, Managed Services and Customer Success.
• Define requirements and acceptance criteria before configuration or development begins.
• Maintain documentation of solution decisions, workflows, assumptions, and dependencies.
