Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a data-focused intern to join its Data & Digital Practice in a client-facing CPM role. You will participate in end-to-end implementations from workshops through configuration and support, helping teams design processes and train clients.

The role emphasizes accounting/finance, technology, and project management, with exposure to Workday Adaptive Planning, Solver, Prophix, Planful, Oracle EPM, OneStream, and other mid‑market CPM tools.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, Math, or related field.
• 90 credit hours completed.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong conceptual, analytic and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Ability to address client concerns and issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts in business terms.
• Strong data assimilation and organization skills.
• Strong self-direction and teamwork skills.
• Able to be in the office about 75% of the time and travel ~15%.

Responsibilities

• Consult with accounting, financial, operational and other management personnel to improve their businesses.
• Assist with CPM implementation projects by participating in client discovery meetings, designing processes, configuring/testing software, and training client personnel.
• Help train and advise clients in the leading use of products to fit their needs.
• Engage in process analysis/optimization, documentation and project management within collaborative teams.
