• Requires 5+ years of CPG sales experience with broker background.
• Must have broker experience.
• KeHE Corp HQ experience is a strong bonus.
• Must be located near Charlotte, NC or surrounding areas.
• Proven track record in Sales and Sales Operations achieving revenue goals.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in team management and coaching.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with Harris Teeter market is highly desirable.
• Spins Satori knowledge and data mining ability is a plus.
