Lactalis American Group is hiring a Customer Business Manager for a fully remote U.S. role, preferably located in the central region to support broad geographic coverage.

You will lead development and execution of customer-specific strategies, manage key accounts, and collaborate with multiple teams to drive top-line growth and profitability. Qualified candidates bring 5+ years in sales management within the CPG/food sector, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of sales and sales management experience within CPG/food industry.
• Experience in direct sales and broker/distributor network management preferred.
• Direct sales experience with key accounts (UNFI Conventional, Cub Foods, Redners, Skogen’s, AdMax) preferred.
• Background in Category Management, Omnichannel Marketing, or syndicated data usage (Circana/IRI) preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced/entrepreneurial environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite required.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and selling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with retail, wholesale, and indirect accounts.
• Achieve targeted sales budgets and profitability through market awareness and customer insights.
• Align customer needs with Lactalis US Yogurt products and services.
• Lead end-to-end sales planning with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with RGM to optimize trade spend and evaluate ROI.
• Set performance goals and track progress with HQ broker teams.
• Analyze syndicated market data and customer portal metrics for insights.
• Monitor sales performance and request support when needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional discussions with supply chain for forecasting and fulfillment.
• Manage regional trade shows to maximize opportunities.
