Docketly, a fast-growing legal-tech company, is seeking an Operations Associate to own a live book of court hearings and secure attorney coverage remotely. You will negotiate fees, communicate with clients, and manage a fast-moving pipeline in a role that blends dispatch, closing, and account management.

You'll work from a remote setup, mainly supporting Wisconsin-based coverage, and be measured by speed, accuracy, and margin.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume phone outreach or negotiation.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organized and able to handle multiple items simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Own a live book of court hearings and secure coverage by phone, text, and email.
• Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margins.
• Triage fast-moving pipeline and prioritize hearings.
• Onboard and support attorneys; be the primary contact.
• Keep clients updated on hearing status and maintain data accuracy.
• Identify coverage gaps and suggest improvements.
