Docketly is hiring for an Operations Associate on our Coverage team. This remote, full-time role involves owning a live book of court hearings, negotiating fees in real time, and ensuring timely coverage across a nationwide attorney network.

You’ll work from home, primarily on weekdays, and coordinate by phone, text, and email to lock in attorney coverage before hearings. Based in North Dakota, you’ll be part of a fast-paced team that values data-driven decisions, accuracy, and clear

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a role requiring high-volume phone outreach or direct negotiation.
• Comfortable and efficient on the phone, with strong verbal and written communication.
• Genuinely organized with the ability to manage many open items at once.

Responsibilities

• Secure coverage on a deadline by contacting attorneys via phone, text, and email.
• Negotiate fees in real time while protecting margin.
• Triage a fast-moving pipeline and prioritize hearings.
• Onboard and support attorneys to keep them engaged.
• Keep clients in the loop with status updates and data integrity.
