Job summary

Follett is seeking a Course Materials Market Manager to oversee the inventory lifecycle of course materials across multiple locations (remote). You will collect, edit, confirm faculty adoptions, set quantities, and manage purchase order tasks to support ACCESS and student adoption.

You will report to the Course Materials Regional Manager and work with Success Managers and Store teams to ensure accurate setup, timely receipt of products, and compliant processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in store operations or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across teams.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Teams and BI.

Responsibilities

• Oversee course materials inventory lifecycle across multiple locations.
• Generate reports and act as primary Text Decision Maker based on analysis.
• Evaluate product performance against budget and benchmarks.
• Collaborate with store management to communicate budgets and adoptions.
• Visit stores seasonally for operational reviews.
• Communicate checkpoints and resource constraints to leadership.
