Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• Bookstore operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and assist with Follett ACCESS materials operations.
• Collect, edit, and oversee textbook orders for timely availability.
• Collaborate with Follett ACCESS Operations & Implementation Team.
• Ensure materials are available on target date and provide a hassle-free customer experience.
• Manage billing and collection for Follett ACCESS accounts.
