Job summary

Follett Higher Education is seeking a coordinator to plan, coordinate, and assist with executing Follett ACCESS course materials operations for a store. The role collects, edits, and oversees textbook orders to ensure timely availability of textbooks and digital resources.

You will collaborate with the Follett ACCESS Operations & Implementation Team, interface with faculty for ongoing training of Follett ACCESS requirements, and work with store management to reach out to publishers and resolve

Qualifications

Associate's Degree or equivalent.
Bookstore operations experience.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey concepts and solve problems.
Proficient organizational skills and problem‑solving ability.

Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and assist with executing Follett ACCESS course materials operations for the store.
Collect, edit, and oversee textbook orders to ensure timely availability of textbooks and digital resources.
Collaborate with the Follett ACCESS Operations & Implementation Team and interface with faculty for training and adoptions.
Assist store management in contacting publishers to resolve issues related to adoptions and selection.
Ensure a hassle‑free customer experience and accurate billing/collection for Follett ACCESS accounts.
