Job summary

Follett Higher Education in Boca Raton is seeking a Course Materials Campus Lead to oversee a single in-store course materials department, guiding team members and providing hands-on guidance to meet financial and marketing goals.

You will manage orders, interface with faculty and publishers on adoptions and buyback, optimize inventory, and partner with store leaders to improve customer experience and drive sales while complying with company policies.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of textbook experience with supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and handle merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Support department team, assign and evaluate work, and assist in seasonal interviewing and training new team members.
• Plan the course materials work calendar with the store manager and enforce related policies.
• Foster a hassle-free customer service culture and guide buying decisions for course materials.
• Analyze buyback trends, adoption forms, and inventory to determine order quantities and manage stock.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive sell-through and grow market share.
